How refunds work

Handled by our payment partner Polar

  1. Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
  2. Email support@purrclick.app with your order email. Most refunds are processed within 3 working days.
  3. A refund disables the licence key straight away.
  4. We don't refund keys that were shared, resold, or disabled for misuse.
